“MALI” Thiakry

Ingredients
  • 750g plain pasteurised yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of millet couscous
  • 300mL sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring 250mL of water to the boil. Pour in the couscous and cook for 5 minutes. Strain the couscous through a very fine strainer. Rinse in cold water and strain again.

Pour the couscous into a large bowl. Add the yogurt, the condensed milk and the nutmeg. Stir and serve.
