Light fluffy muffins

Ingredients
  • 300g flour
  • 250mL pasteurised skimmed milk
  • 100g reduced-fat butter
  • 5 tablespoons of oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Cut the butter into small pieces and melt it in a saucepan on a low heat.

Pour the flour, oats, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix. Add the eggs, butter and milk. Mix.

Pour this mixture to 2/3 of the greased muffin moulds. Put into the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve these muffins with fruit compote.
