Lentil soup

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of lentils
  • 150g onions
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • Croutons or slices of toast
Preparation
Peel the onions and garlic and chop them finely. Carefully rinse the lentils. Cook for 45 minutes in a litre of water. Blend the mixture and add the soya sauce. Serve with a few croutons and sprinkle with parsley.
