“LEBANESE” Fattoush

Ingredients
  • 1 lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 bunches of flat parsley
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh green mint
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered mint
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac (spices)
  • 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
  • 1/2 glass of olive oil
  • 2 slices of Lebanese flatbread
Preparation

Carefully wash the vegetables. Peel and finely dice the cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers.

Thinly slice the lettuce leaves. Peel the onions and garlic and slice them finely. Finely chop the parsley and fresh mint.

Brown the bread in the oven and then cut into small pieces.

Arrange the ingredients in a salad bowl and then mix.

 

Season with vinegar, sumac, dried mint, salt and oil.
