Gazpacho

Ingredients
  • 1kg very ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 a red pepper
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 15cL water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preparation

Carefully wash the vegetables. Roughly chop all the ingredients. Mix them all together. Serve chilled.
