Creamy spinach

Ingredients
  • 180g spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • A pinch of nutmeg
Preparation

Wash the spinach and remove the stalks, and then steam for about 20 minutes. Blend. Place in a saucepan with a pinch of nutmeg and the lemon juice.

Add the crème fraîche and remove from the heat as soon as your mixture starts to boil.

Serve.
