Cream of carrot soup

Ingredients
  • 600g carrots
  • 15g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 litre of chicken stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Preparation
Carefully wash and peal the carrots, then cut them into large strips. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the chopped onion and then the carrots. Add the chicken stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Blend everything and season with salt and pepper and then serve.
