Yogurt cake

Ingredients
  • 1 pot of yogurt
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

 

Pour the yogurt into a large bowl. Keep the empty yogurt pot as a measuring cup.

 

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a homogenous mixture.

 

Grease an oven dish and pour in the mixture. Put into the oven for 30 minutes.

 

Leave to cool before serving.
