Turkey and rice with garden vegetables

Ingredients
  • 30g turkey escalope
  • 1 handful of peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • The leafy side of 1/2 a celery stalk
  • 1 handful of short grain rice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the carrot, onion and tomato. Chop the celery. Finely dice the turkey escalope and then fry with the onion and tomato in a little olive oil. Pour in a little water and then add the vegetables. When your vegetables and turkey pieces are cooked, cook the rice as per the instructions on the packet. Add the rest of the olive oil, blend, then serve.
