Turkey and peas

Ingredients
  • 200g peas
  • 1 small onion
  • 30g turkey fillet
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation
Wash the vegetables and cut the lettuce into thin strips. Finely dice the turkey fillet. Fill a saucepan with water, add all the ingredients and cook on a low heat for at least 30 minutes. Remove the thyme and bay leaf, and then blend the vegetables into a creamy mash. Blend the pieces of turkey. Serve.
