Spinach flan with salmon

Ingredients
  • 40g salmon fillet
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 80g fromage blanc
Preparation

Steam the salmon and then crumble its meat.

Remove the stalks from the spinach, and then cook for about 5 minutes in boiling water. Then blend the fromage blanc and salmon with the whole egg.

Pour the mixture into individual dishes. Cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

 

There is no need to add an extra dairy product for dessert because this dish contains fromage blanc.
