Pepper fondant (Ivory Coast)

Ingredients
  • 100g red or yellow peppers
  • 80g fromage blanc
  • 1 egg
Preparation

Wash, de-seed and peel your pepper, and then finely blend. Push it through a strainer in order to remove any small remaining pieces.

Pour your pepper puree into a large bowl and mix with the fromage blanc and the egg until creamy.

 

Place your puree in a small dish and then bake in the oven in a bain-marie for 20 minutes.
