Peach puree with pain d’épice

Ingredients
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1/2 slice of pain d’épice
  • 1 petit-suisse
Preparation

Peel and chop the peach half into small cubes. Cook the peach cubes for 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water until soft.

Mash with a fork. Add the petit-suisse and mix. Pour this mixture into a bowl. Blend the pain d’épice and sprinkle on top.

Serve.

 

This dessert is a source of dairy and fruit. There is no need to give your baby another dairy product.
