Pasta gratin with leeks

Ingredients
  • 200g pasta
  • 4 white parts of a leek
  • 60g pasteurised mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 20g grated pasteurised gruyere cheese
  • Olive oil
Preparation

Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water as per the instructions on the packet.

Carefully wash the leeks and cut them into thin rounds. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the leeks until soft.

In a dish, mix the pasta and the softened leeks. Sprinkle with gruyere cheese. Place under the grill for about 5 minutes and serve immediately.
