Orange blossom madeleines

Ingredients
  • 150g flour
  • 125g butter
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the flour, the baking powder, the orange blossom essence and the melted butter. Mix.

Butter a small dish and fill it with this mixture. Make sure you grease the moulds very well if they are not made of silicone.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Leave to cool before serving.
