Chard gratin

Ingredients
  • 200g chard
  • 10cL growing-up milk formula
  • 1 egg
  • 20g grated gruyere cheese
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 210°C.

Wash the chards carefully, remove the fibrous parts and cut into small pieces. Steam for about 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the egg and slowly add the growing-up milk formula.

In an oven dish, arrange the chard in the bottom of the dish and pour the egg and milk mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated gruyere cheese.

Put into the oven for 15 minutes. Serve.

This dish can be served with semolina or mashed potato.

 

This gratin is the equivalent of one portion of meat or fish.
