Carefully wash all the vegetables and the fresh herbs.
Cut the lettuce into thin strips and place in a salad bowl.
Add the finely chopped onion, parsley, chives and mint.
Then finely dice the tomatoes, cucumber and radishes. Add to the salad and toss.
In a bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, the finely chopped garlic and the sumac. Pour it over the salad and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
Brown the khubz flatbread for a few minutes in the oven and then cut into small pieces. Add to the salad and serve immediately.
