Heat the water in a saucepan and cook the meat in it.
Once your meat is cooked, mince it.
Then cook the rice as per the instructions on the packet.
Wash and finely dice the courgette. Cook the courgette in a little water.
Blend the courgette, rice, beef and basil with 2 knobs of butter.
Serve.
